National Health Insurance Company
The National Health Insurance Company is an autonomous national organization, responsible for organizing, developing and directing the compulsory health insurance process, by applying the admissible processes and mechanisms for the formation of financial funds intended to cover the costs for treatment and prevention of diseases and conditions, included into the United Program of Compulsory Health Insurance, ensuring quality control of provided healthcare and implementation of the regulatory framework related to the mandatory health insurances.
National Social Insurance House
The National Social Insurance House is an autonomous public institution of national importance. The NSIH aims at ensuring operation of a sustainable social insurance service, necessary to the society, which, within the available means, guarantees social protection of participants in the state social insurance public system.
National Institute of Standardization
The National Standardization Institute is a public institution subordinated to the public administration specialized central body. The NSI aims at improving the competitiveness of the national economy, ensuring sustainable growth and population welfare, as well as using resources in a sustainable manner, by providing appropriate Moldovan standards corresponding to the market requirements and harmonized with the European and international standards.
Labour Inspection
The Labour Inspection is a central public administration body, subordinated to the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection and headquartered in the Chisinau Municipality. The Labour Inspection ensures compliance with legislation and collective agreements with respect to working conditions within enterprises, institutions and organizations, with any type of ownership and legal form of organization, as well as within central and local public administration authorities.
Material Reserves Agency
The Material Reserves Agency is the institution which develops a series of projects involving economic measures in emergency situations as well as procedures for their implementation, in accordance with the legislation in force. Moreover, the Agency monitors the crude oil overall level, oil stocks and petroleum products throughout the country. Together with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Agency is responsible for providing other countries with the Moldovan official humanitarian assistance.
Agency for Land Relations and Cadastre
The Agency for Land Relations and Cadastre of the Republic of Moldova aims at developing and promoting the state policy and strategy in the field of land administration and land relations’ regulation, erosion protection, cadastre and real estate valuation, geodesy, mapping and geoinformatics. The Agency is subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Moldova. The ALRC participates into the country's socio-economic development forecasting process.
State Tax Service
The State Tax Service is a centralized system of tax bodies, comprising also the activity of tax officials holding positions among these bodies, oriented towards exercising tax administration duties. According to the tax legislation, the State Tax Service is the main responsible for the collection of revenues to the national public budget, which is required to ensure both budgetary revenues collection process improvement, as well as tax administration system public confidence increase.
Ministry of Health
The Ministry of Health develops and coordinates the implementation of public policies on health development, adaptation of health services to the emerging needs by creating adequate infrastructures, responsive to the users’ appropriate needs, to the disease burden, as well as by developing and coordinating public policies on reducing population inequality in terms of access to the necessary health services, by improving the level and distribution of health services. Moreover, the Ministry's mission is to improve the system responsiveness to the adequate population necessities, preferences and expectations, to support and promote health prevention, protection and promotion interventions as well as to provide people with the opportunity to choose a healthy lifestyle.
Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Family
The Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Family is responsible for the development, promotion and implementation of the state policy in the areas of labor relations, labor remuneration, occupational safety and health, human resource development and employment, as well as population orientation and professional formation, labor force migration, demography, social partnership, social insurances, social assistance, social protection of disabled persons, family and children's rights protection, ensuring equal opportunities between women and men, prevention of family and gender-based violence, prevention of human trafficking, reception and distribution of humanitarian aid provided to Moldova, having the population decent standard of living, peace and social security as endpoints.
Ministry of Environment
The Ministry of Environment is a specialized body of the central public administration, with legal personality, subordinated to the Government. The Ministry develops and promotes the state policy in the field of environmental protection and rational use of natural resources, waste management, biodiversity conservation, geological research, use and protection of subsoil, drainage improvement, water resources management, water supply and sanitation, regulation of nuclear and radiological activities, state environmental control, hydrometeorology and environmental quality monitoring.
Ministry of Justice
The Ministry of Justice is the specialized public administration central body responsible for the management, coordination and control of its competence areas, ensures implementation of the state policy in the sphere of justice and subordinates to the Government.
Ministry of Education
The Ministry of Education is the body that coordinates the education system from the Republic of Moldova, sets out the objectives of the education system in its entirety, as well as the educational objectives by education levels and profiles.
Ministry of Regional Development and Constructions
The Ministry of Regional Development and Constructions aims at developing, promoting and implementing the state policy in regional development and spatial planning, architecture, design, planning, construction, production of construction materials and housing. The Ministry monitors compliance with the legislation in force in order to ensure construction quality in terms of security towards all categories of risk factors – of natural, technogenic and anthropogenic origin, as well as in terms of economic and technological efficiency.
Ministry of Defense
The Ministry of Defense manages the specialized central public sector through the Central Office of the Ministry and the political and military management of the National Army through the Great General Staff. The Ministry's mission is to develop the defense policy, to lead and coordinate the construction and development of the National Army, to determine the military risks and threats as well as the necessities for preparing the national defense system as to ensure state military security.
Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry
The Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry aims at ensuring achievement of the Government’s constitutional prerogatives in developing and promoting the country's agro-industrial sector sustainable development state policy, by increasing the competitiveness and productivity of the sector, as well as by ensuring country's food harmlessness and sufficiency, with a view to creating premises for the population welfare permanent increase.

Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration is the central specialized body promoting the state policy in the sphere of external relations and operates in accordance with the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Moldova, Parliament's decisions, Presidential acts, Government’s decisions and orders, as well as other normative acts, international treaties and agreements to which Moldova is a party.

The State Chancellery is the public authority which aims at ensuring organization of the Government’s activity with a view to enabling the later to achieve the internal and external policy of the state, creating the general framework for Government’s Activity priorities setting, providing methodological and organizational support for the planning system, ensuring development and implementation of public policies by the government authorities, monitoring implementation of the government program, presenting analytical and informational materials, preparing Government’s draft documents, including exercising the legislative initiative right, and verifying execution thereof, as well as enabling the Government to exercise the prerogatives related to its relations with the local public administration authorities.
