The Draft Concept “Development of the Private Cloud Platform (MCloud) for Government of Moldova” was developed by the e-Government Center, in the context of the Governance e-Transformation Agenda, as provided by the Government Decision Nr. 710 from 20.09.2011 and Government Decision Nr. 128 from 20.02.2014. 

The Draft Concept was presented and launched for public consultation during the Seminar “MCloud Platform: Status-quo and Development Priorities”, organized by the e-Government Center and Center for Special Telecommunications for government coordinators for e-Transformation, IT managers from public and private sectors, on November 28th, 2014. 

The Draft Concept can be accessed here and on MCloud portal www.egov.md.

e-Government Center will hold public consultations with representatives of the public, private sectors and academic institutions during December 2014-February 2015.
